THURSDAY, NOV 8TH
Allagash Food Pairings w/ Chef Todd Renner 4pm-Gone
4pm ‘til we run out. Menu tba but each plate will have a price with and without beer pairing.
1) Fall Squash and Persimmon ravioli with shiitake cream sauce. Paired with Fluxus 2012
2) Roasted Sage Pork Loin with rainbow chard, baby carrots and apple compote. Paired with Hugh Malone 2012
3) Duck sausage with fall squash purée, Suzie's beets, cherry compote and crushed pistachio. Paired with Bourbon Aged Black
4) Chocolate Cake with herry compote paired with Curieux

Brewers Evan Weinberg (of Cismontane) & Evan Price (of Noble Aleworks) will be here to guide you through the flight with us, share insight on their beers, and hold a Q&A session. In the Hamm’s Room. 1-3pm, $22
Close the Hamm’s Room from opening so it’s ready at 1pm.From Cismontane, Evan Weinberg will be bringing their Session Saison, a traditional Belgian table beer (3.7%), their Buckwheat Oktoberfest, a German Amber Lager brewed with buckwheat, and the Nopal de Trigo, a white wheat beer infused with the juice of prickly pear and part of their native species collection (6%)
From Noble Aleworks, Evan Price will be bringing their Noble ESB (5.8%), their Noble Pistol Whip'd Pilsner and Schmutz, and American Strong Ale (10.2%).

Alpine Flights
For the 3rd year in a row we're closing out SDBW with flights of 6 Alpine beers all day.
3rd Annual Alpine Downhill Challenge 
It's on! The 3rd Annual Bike Ride from Alpine is a bike and beer event like no other. It ends with aa flight of Alpine beers and Pizza/Salad re-fueling at Blind Lady Ale House.

This year, you have a choice of TWO OPTIONS: with bus or without bus. All food and beer noted below is included in the price. No growler-filling at Alpine-sorry.

Two Options:

1. Bus 'n Bike (aka The Alpine Downhill Challenge) $65
Leave BLAH on the bus with your bike at 9am, be chauffered to Alpine Brewing have one pint, check out the facility, and then ride your bike back. At the end of the ride, back at BLAH enjoy a Flight of Alpine's beers with Brewmaster and Owner Pat McIlhenny. Buffet of pizza and salad and Commemorative T-Shirt included!

2. Bike 'n Bike (aka The Alpine UP and DOWNhill Challenge, round trip roughly 60 miles) $50
Leave BLAH at 8am, ride your bike to Alpine Brewing, have one pint, check out the facility, and then ride back. At the end of the ride, back at BLAH enjoy a Flight of Alpine's beers with Brewmaster and Owner Pat McIlhenny. Buffet of pizza and salad and Commemorative T-Shirt included!
