Delirium Tasting Menu and Keep-the-Glass Night

We will be showcasing three Deliriums
Offering optional food pairings
And giving away keeper glasses

1st Course
Diver Scallops, Sauteed Cauliflower, Raisins, Capers, Brown Butter Sauce, Lemon
Paired with the Delirium Tremens $16
With a 5 oz. tasting pour $13

2nd Course
Duck Confit, Braised Greens, Sweet Potato, Guanciale, Apricot & Cherry Mustarda
Paired with the Delirium Nocternum $15.50
With a 5 oz. tasting pour $12.50

3rd Course
Gingerbread Cake, Raisin Puree, Apple Cider Ice Cream
Paired with the Delirium Noel $14
With a 5 oz. tasting pour $11.75

Or, get all 3 courses with beer for $40 or all 3 courses with smaller tasting pours of beer for $30. Aaron and Rachel make amazing food, come see what they can do beyond pizza and ice cream sandwiches. We will still have pizza, but our normal menu will be slightly shorter this evening.
